EZPA-C-MMK (Brush) - Straight EMV Cable Protection Fitting, Metric, IP69
The single-piece cable gland EZPA-C-MMK offers a robust solution for cable and conductor management. Made of specially modified, halogen-free polyamide 6, it ensures reliable strain relief thanks to the integrated cable protection and the metric short metal thread. The PA6 MOD V0 SGA material is self-extinguishing and resistant to most common chemical media. The EMV-Brush technology ensures a secure contact with shielding braids, enabling clean electrical contact. Its excellent UV resistance makes the gland ideal for outdoor use.
A special feature is the newly developed 360° locking system, which, combined with the internal tube seals, provides the highest protection class IP69. The EZPA-C-MMK is compatible with FIPLOCK corrugated tubes and thus offers excellent system tightness. Installation and removal are particularly time-saving thanks to the tool-free installation with a standard slotted screwdriver.
The EZPA-C-MMK is designed for a temperature range of -50°C to +120°C, withstanding short-term temperatures up to 160°C. The fire protection properties are also impressive: the gland is halogen and cadmium-free, meets the fire class V0 according to UL 94, and is self-extinguishing. Additionally, it offers excellent shielding properties with a transfer impedance of ≤10 mOhm and shielding effectiveness of up to 110 dB.
